Job Summary
The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a key role in supporting the sales, finance, and customer service teams by transforming data into actionable insights. This individual contributor role helps identify untapped sales opportunities, supports customer onboarding (including data migration), and creates reports on pipeline metrics, sales velocity, and performance.
As internal Salesforce experts, the BI team partners with IT to implement enhancements, ensure data quality, and educate users on best practices. The role may include occasional customer-facing engagements, such as demos or on-site visits. We're looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a dynamic environment, balances multiple priorities, and contributes to an outstanding customer experience.
