At WCCB, the IT Project Manager leads initiatives that modernize and streamline the organization’s technology landscape. This role drives projects that replace manual or outdated processes through software consolidation, integration, and automation. The IT Project Manager ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with strategic business outcomes.
Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive sponsors, this role oversees the full project lifecycle, from concept through implementation, while fostering collaboration and delivering measurable results.
What You’ll Do In This Role
- Partner with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring tasks are clearly assigned and milestones are achieved on schedule
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle
- Guide cross-functional teams through problem definition, solution development, and issue resolution
- Apply project management methodologies, tools, and templates to successfully lead initiatives of varying size and complexity
- Maintain accountability for timelines, deliverables, and overall project performance
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable technology initiatives and delivery plans
- Engage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across the organization to drive successful outcomes
- Manage enterprise technology projects including network upgrades, hardware deployments, software and application development, data integration and transformation, and enterprise system implementations (Finance, HRIS, CRM, etc.)
- Provide clear project updates and departmental status reporting to stakeholders and leadership
- Effectively manage multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining quality, accountability, and momentum
- All other duties as assigned.

The Experience You’ll Bring
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- Seven (7) years of progressive project management experience
- Experience leading projects using Agile, hybrid, or adaptive delivery methodologies
- Solid knowledge of project management frameworks and best practices including PMBOK, ITIL, SDLC, and Agile methodologies
- Understanding of organizational change management principles (Prosci or similar experience a plus)
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Flu-Vaccinated
Preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Experience with Monday.com or similar project management platforms
- Understanding of organizational change management principles (Prosci or similar experience a plus)

Compensation Range: $88,481.00- $110,601.50 (based on relevant experience)
