Location: Washington, USA (Hybrid – In office/remote)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Technical Architect with strong experience in X++ development, Azure integrations, DevOps, and enterprise ERP implementations, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries. This role will lead technical design, development architecture, integrations, and performance optimization for large-scale D365 F&O implementations across USA and India teams.

Key Responsibilities Technical Architecture & Development

• Lead technical design and architecture for D365 F&O customizations, extensions, and integrations.
• Develop and review customizations using X++, extensions, and the D365 extensibility framework.
• Define data models, performance optimization strategies, and security architecture including roles, segregation of duties, and encryption.
• Conduct code reviews, technical fit-gap analysis, and ensure scalable design for high-volume ERP workloads.
• Mentor developers and enforce Microsoft best practices to reduce technical debt.

Integrations & Data Management

• Design and troubleshoot integrations using OData, custom services, batch jobs, and Azure services.
• Work with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and APIs for system integrations.
• Support data migration using Data Management Framework.
• Ensure data quality for master data, transactional data, and multi-entity environments.

DevOps & Environment Management

• Oversee DevOps pipelines using Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, builds, testing, and deployments across sandbox and production environments.
• Support multi-country implementations across USA and India environments.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Collaborate with functional consultants, offshore teams, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in requirement reviews, proof of concepts, and hypercare support.
• Support pre-sales activities including technical proposals, estimates, and demos.
• Manage technical risks and ensure successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 8–12 years of total IT experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 F&O / Dynamics AX development.
• 3+ years as Technical Architect or Senior Developer on D365 implementations.
• Experience delivering full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations with custom development and integrations.
• Strong experience with multi-country implementations (USA/India preferred).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum and onshore/offshore delivery models.
• Experience with performance tuning and large-scale ERP systems.
